At Barco, we are committed to conducting business in an ethical and compliant way.  It is important for Barco to be aware of any unethical or non-compliant behavior or practices by persons closely associated with it such as employees, contractors, agents, distributors, or suppliers.

We encourage you to report any such behavior via this Ethics Helpline so the company can investigate your report and address any unacceptable behavior or practices that may be identified.  Through this Ethics Helpline, you can correspond with the company anonymously should you prefer to do so.

What to report

This Ethics Helpline is meant for reporting serious incidents. A list of possible report categories is provided when filling in a report. Please restrict yourself to one of the specified report categories. If the circumstances you are reporting do not fall under on the specified categories, please choose the category 'other'. The incident may involve: 

  • Bribery, fraud, or other criminal activity
  • Accounting or audit concerns 
  • Compliance or regulations violations
  • Conflict of interest
  • Mistreatment, discrimination or harassment
  • Retaliation 
  • Unethical or unprofessional behavior
  • Protection of privacy and personal data
  • Any other breach of our Code of Ethics
